In his current role as the Chief Operating Officer of Broadwell Property Group and his many years of experience in owning, managing, and operating large and small Apartments throughout the Southeast United States.
Andrew Sallee
Andrew Sallee is a true American success story. His journey as a real estate investor began when he bought one single-family home, which he renovated and sold. Nick Keys
Nick Keys, Principal and Partner at The Dickman Company, Inc. has been a leading figure in Wisconsin industrial real estate since 2013. Nick specializes in representing clients focused on investment real estate and value-add redevelopment, as well as helping local industrial users solve for their brick and mortar needs. Since his start in real estate, Nick has completed nearly 300 transactions totaling approximately $450 million in volume.

Tony Romero
Tony is known for doing $500K in assignments in the Milwaukee, WI market within one year at 21 years old. He has now closed over a million dollars in assignment fees and gone on to create five additional profitable businesses. He is also the host of the Hustle Harder Podcast and Events.
Mike Morawski
Mike Morawski is a 30+ year real estate investment veteran. He has controlled over $325,000,000 in real estate transactions. Mike is an entrepreneur, author, real estate trainer, public speaker, personal coach and the Chief Investment officer of two multifamily hedge funds. With a strong, personal resilience, and deep desire to help others live an extraordinary life, he has coached hundreds of real estate investors to fulfill their dreams.
Santiago Speranza
Co-Owner of the Root River Realty Group, who for the past two years has been #1 in the State of Wisconsin for Transaction Sides Closed. Santiago and his partner Holly have recently sold a massive 400 property portfolio in 2021-2022 in just under 400 days as well as have been buying and selling real estate for the past 15+ years, with well over $155m in career sales.
Ed Schaefer
President and CEO of First Federal Bank of Wisconsin since July 2016. From 2010 until 2016, Mr. Schaefer served as president and CEO of Citizens Community Bank. He has over 25 years of banking experience, including managerial as well as all aspects of credit administration and underwriting. In addition, he served for sever years as president and chief executive officer of Huntsinger Farms, Inc., one of the world's largest grower and processors of horseradish.
Anna Klein
Ana Klein, CPA is the owner of AKK Tax & Accounting, a virtual accounting firm that focuses on helping real estate investors minimize their tax liability by “ playing the IRS game.” In 2022, her team has helped real estate investors save at least $750,000 in taxes by implementing tax strategies. Ana also has a rental portofiolo and recently purchased her first property management company in Texas.
